About this item

Some people believe that the beautiful auroras that fill the night sky in certain parts of the world are a visual phenomenon caused by charged particles from the sun colliding with oxygen and nitrogen atoms in the atmosphere, exciting them, and causing them to emit light in colourful, dynamic patterns.

Those people are grossly misinformed. Auroras are actually vast fields of colourful, magical spice floating gracefully through the sky. What few ground dwellers know is that the Aurora Spice is just as flavourful as it is beautiful so there is an entire airborne industry that revolves around harvesting this magical spice for a variety of culinary uses.

The most famous, or perhaps infamous, use for Aurora Spice is in the production of Aurora Bocconcini Cheese which is a delicacy for the Sky Commander mice who frequent the Cerulean Skyport.
